Hive Business School Winner

The HIVE Blackburn & Darwen Business Awards celebrate and reward the outstanding work of businesses from different sectors and inspirational individuals from across Blackburn & Darwen. The 2018 HIVE Blackburn & Darwen Business Awards were presented at a gala dinner and awards ceremony in King George's Hall, Blackburn on Thursday 5 July 2018 and DACA was lucky enough to be crowned winners of the Hive Business School Category.

A new category for 2018, the Hive Business School award was made to DACA because of the excellent partnerships that DACA have developed with businesses in the area and for how these relationships have helped to develop those businesses whilst at the same time encouraging the retention of skills and employees to the region. DACA was recognised for significantly investing in the development of skills and training of young people, the future workforce and our commitment to the local community.
