RAF Teambuilding Workshop

Around 80 Year 7 Design Engineering students took part in a teambuilding workshop with our RAF STEM Ambassadors on Friday! Students worked in teams to develop cranes, bridges and landing rigs for a rescue mission, using their imagination, creativity, problem solving skills and determination to develop the most effective structures. The aim of the day was to enable students to come together as teams as they are currently develop model race cars, complete with Micro:bits and rockets, for the national Race for the Line competition - good luck everyone!!!
