University Application Success

With over 80% of Year 13 students applying for university, UCAS applications have been incredibly successful yet again this year. We are particularly proud of the fact that many of these students are the first in their family to apply for higher education, demonstrating that previous family experience is not a barrier to progressing into higher education and that if student want to go to university, our staff will help them to ensure this happens. Students have already received a large number of great offers and many are in the process of travelling around the country to interviews, auditions and applicant days. The range of subjects that our students have applied for this year is yet again wide, aspirational and inspiring; courses range from medicine, physiotherapy, veterinary science and engineering to history, social work, paramedicine, paediatric nursing, sports science, animation, music and computer science.
