Congratulations to Our Talented Young Writers

Sammy Brown (Y11), Georgina Brown (Y9), Sian Edwards (Y9), Jentai Scales (Y8), Will O’Hara (Y8) and Ibtihaj Aziz (Y7) took part in the Young Writers Mission Impossible: Catastrophe Competition. We are very pleased to announce that they have all been selected as finalists and their stories have been published in the anthology, “Mission Catastrophe Lancashire Tales.”

We are very pleased to announce that they have all been selected as finalists and their stories have been published in the anthology, “Mission Catastrophe Lancashire Tales.”

These students are committed writers and attend the Young Writers Club on alternate Tuesdays in the LRC (Library). They all started attending in Year 7 and have been enjoying the creative writing sessions ever since.
