Evie Is Selected To Tread The Boards

Congratulations to former Darwen Aldridge Community Academy student Evie Hargreaves who has secured a place on Bristol Old Vic Theatre School’s Acting Degree.

Bristol Old Vic Theatre School is one of the most successful and well-respected drama schools in the UK. It claims to attract the very best talent in students and staff, and its courses are recognised nationally and internationally as a benchmark of quality in professional acting.

Evie was one of just 14 selected from over 3,000 applicants. A star of many DACA drama productions from year 7 to year 11, including Our Day Out, Annie, We Will Rock You and Chicago, she subsequently studied performance at Runshaw College.
